Terms & Conditions

These terms describe how Octa Creatives ("we", "us") engages with clients. They apply alongside any individual project agreement or proposal.

Engagement

Projects begin once a written proposal is accepted and any agreed deposit is received. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are set out in the proposal.

Payments

Invoices are issued as milestones are met and are payable within seven days unless otherwise agreed. Prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST unless stated.

Revisions & scope

Each project includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.

Ownership

On final payment, ownership of the final delivered design and code transfers to the client. We retain the right to display the work as a case study unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

We take care with every project. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
